1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using acuboostceu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AcuBoostCEU is a California Acupuncture Board Approved continuing education provider (Provider No. CEP1749), operated by AcuBoostCEU, 2503 Eastbluff Dr. #206E, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for licensed acupuncturists and TCM practitioners seeking continuing education credits. By enrolling, you confirm that you are a licensed practitioner or are otherwise eligible to receive CEU credits under applicable state board requirements.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the enrolled course.
• Course access is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
• You must complete the video lecture, pass the quiz, and submit the course evaluation to receive a CEU certificate.
• Certificates are issued electronically upon course completion.

5. CEU Credits & Certification

AcuBoostCEU courses are approved by the California Acupuncture Board (Provider No. CEP1749). CEU certificates issued through our platform reflect completion of the course requirements at the time of completion. It is the learner's responsibility to verify that the course meets their specific licensing renewal requirements. We maintain completion records for a minimum of 7 years per California Acupuncture Board regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and materials are the intellectual property of AcuBoostCEU and its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without express written permission.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information, including your legal name and license number, as this information will appear on your CEU certificate and compliance records.

8. Limitation of Liability

AcuBoostCEU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
